Terms and Conditions

With the purchase of a tour through the website, you accept these conditions and confirm that you understand them and that you accept responsibility for your participation in your tour. The participant agrees to follow the guide’s instructions during the tour.

Insurance

Every client must have their own travel and accident insurance. Kaira Paws are not responsible of any accidents, health issues, losses or damages that may occur during the tour. Safety is our top priority and we put lot of effort for it, but our clients must understand that accidents can happen with this kind of activity.

Booking and payment

You can make a reservation by sending an e-mail, WhatsApp message or with the contact form through the internet page. Kaira Paws will confirm the booking and send you an invoice by e-mail.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to Karppinen.mira@gmail.com

To cancel your participation in our day tours following charges will come:
 Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure full refund.
 Cancellation made 2-30 days before departure  50% refund.

 Cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure No refund.

 No refund for not showing up.

To join our multiday tours we ask for a non-refundable deposit 20% of the full price.
 Cancellation made 60 days before departure will get 100% refund minus deposit.
 Cancellation made 30-59 days before departure will get 50% refund minus deposit.
 Cancellation made less than 29 days before departure will not get refund.

Please note that due to exchange rates, returned amount is not always the same.

Kaira Paws has a right cancel the tour. Full refund of payment if this occurs.

If Kaira Paws needs to cancel your tour, we are not responsible of other expenses which may
occur. (Flights, accommodation etc.)
